This machine can automatically pick up packaging bags, open them, feed them, and vacuum pack them using a robotic arm, truly achieving automated packaging. By changing different feeding structures, it can automatically package different materials. For example, it can be equipped with a liquid and bulk quantitative filling system for quantitative vacuum packaging of liquids and bulk materials; with a multi-head weigher, it can perform quantitative vacuum packaging of powders and bulk materials; and with an automatic feeder, it can weigh and vacuum pack lumpy materials simultaneously. The packaging machine is controlled by a PLC and operated through a human-machine interface, allowing for monitoring of the entire machine. If abnormalities such as empty bags or missing bags occur, the PLC can judge the abnormality, output an abnormal signal, and control the packaging machine to take corresponding measures to avoid wasting materials and packaging bags.
Station 1: Bag Feeding; Pre-made bags are placed in the bag hopper. The bags can move up and down. When a bag falls, it is picked up using a suction cup.
Station 2: Inkjet Printing; Production date and batch number can be printed (optional).
Station 3: Bag Opening; The bag is opened from the top and bottom using suction cups.
Station 4: Material Discharge 1; A detection device checks if the bag has been opened. If not, no material is dispensed; otherwise, the bag is opened and material is dispensed.
